Sponsored Content Guidelines

Labeling

Sponsored content is labeled as sponsored at the top of the page, in plain words. There are no exceptions.

Links

Links in sponsored content carry rel="sponsored" and follow search engine guidelines.

Editorial control

Sponsored content is reviewed by our editors for accuracy against the same fact standard as editorial content. We may decline or edit material that does not meet it.

Not accepted

We do not accept sponsored content for gambling products, or content that makes claims we cannot verify.
