Miami Beach Pride 2027: the festival, the parade and Pride Week

Short answer first. Miami Beach Pride's festival runs Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11, 2027, from noon to 11 p.m. in Lummus Park, 1130 Ocean Drive, and it's free. The parade rolls down Ocean Drive on Sunday, April 11, from noon to 2 p.m., from 5th Street to 14th Street. Pride Week starts earlier, on April 2, under the theme Make Waves. It's the 19th annual edition, with Akeso Community Health as presenting sponsor. The festival costs nothing. The hotel is the expense, so book that first.

Pride Week, day by day
Friday, April 2 to Sunday, April 11. Pride Week brackets the festival weekend. The organizer's events page lists the anchor events below, and more get added as April nears.
Monday, April 5, 6:30 p.m. The Queer Art Showcase at the Moxy Hotel South Beach. It's free, per the organizer's events page.
Tuesday, April 6, 6 p.m. The Pride Mega Mixer at Mondrian South Beach. The organizer lists ticket details as to be announced.
Friday, April 9, 7 p.m. Drag Me to Pride 2.0 at Lummus Park, a night of drag performances on the sand at the south end of the festival grounds. The organizer says the lineup announcement and ticket information are coming soon, so no price is printed here.
The Family Picnic. The organizer's own pages disagree on this one: the events page and the FAQ give different dates and parks. We're printing neither until the organizer settles it. Check miamibeachpride.com before you plan around it.
Festival and parade logistics
Lummus Park sits between Ocean Drive and the beach, so the festival day plans itself: stages and booths in the park, the sand one crosswalk east. Arrive before noon on Sunday if the parade is your priority, because the organizer notes the Ocean Drive closure starts at 11 a.m. on parade day. Pick a viewing block between 5th and 14th Street, watch the parade, then walk into the festival as it ends at 2 p.m. That's the clean line through Sunday.
Saturday is the slower day and the better one for the festival itself. You get the full noon to 11 p.m. program without splitting attention with the parade. Do Saturday properly. Coast on Sunday.

VIP options, stated plainly
The organizer advertises three VIP products for 2027: a Drag Me to Pride 2.0 VIP ticket for Friday night, a VIP 2-Day Weekend pass with access to the Delta VIP Lounge, and a single day VIP option for Saturday or Sunday. The single day description lists an open bar, light bites, private air conditioned restrooms, seating and a view of the main stage. No prices were published on the organizer's pages when checked on November 5, 2026, so none are printed here. No parade grandstand product was listed either. If one appears, it'll be on the organizer's events page first.
Where to stay
Stay on or near Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue in South Beach, and the whole weekend is a walk. The festival grounds run along Lummus Park, the parade passes your front door if you're on Ocean Drive, and the Pride Week venues named above are in South Beach too.
